Returns & Exchanges
Gypsea Boutique’s return policy is for store credit only. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, you will be issued a store credit that you can use to purchase a new size. Orders are eligible for return if they are received within 15 days of the date of purchase. All discounted and/or sale items are a final sale. All returns must meet the following criteria:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached.
- Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, cigarette smoke or other odor.
- Items must be received by Grayton Beach Gypsea at 63 Hotz Avenue Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 no later than 15 days from the original purchase date on the receipt.
- All returns must have the original purchase receipt with the transcation # of the purchase.
In order for your items to be eligible for return they must meet the above criteria. If your items do not meet the above criteria they will be refused by our Returns Department and sent back to you at your expense. If your return does meet the above criteria you will be issued a store credit within 3-4 business days. Damaged items must be reported within in 2 days of delivery.
We suggest you send items back using USPS, UPS or Fedex with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.
Our website is based out of Grayton Beach, Florida where are home store is located. You may select “In Store Pick Up” under the shipping selection at checkout for no cost. If you select “In Store Pick Up” but actually need the item shipped, then you are responsible for contacting the store at 850-231-4728 to have them ship it to you and pay for shipping cost if order is under $100.
